Admin Assistant

In need of an experienced Admin Assistant (5 Years +). Experience working in an accounting environment a major plus.

Skills Required:

Requirements include:
-Ability to manage multiple projects at once, demonstrating a sense of urgency
-Ability to learn new systems quickly and create improved efficiency
-Excellent verbal & written communication & people skills required for client and professional consultant interaction
-Problem solving initiative and experience in working through payroll, benefits, billing, and administrative matters and challenges
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Strong PC skills in Excel (download information & manipulate for weekly & periodic reporting), Word (client engagement documentation, marketing letters), PowerPoint (staff, management, client presentations), Internet & a capacity to learn new systems quickly
-College degree preferred with 5+ years experience
